Founder Melanie Angus has been in the hospitality and tourism trade for over 2 decades, gathering her training in hotels both in Edinburgh and across the globe from Asia to the Americas.

After years of travelling, Melanie has decided to return home to Edinburgh an ancient and culturally vibrant city. Edinburgh is a city steeped in history and its stunning rich architectural heritage is recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Our apartments all date back to the late 1800’s with two located in the UNESCO world heritage site of the New Town and another quirky apartment on the cusp of the New Town and Old Town. All providing a central location and a great base for you to stay in and enjoy the captivating blend of rich history, natural beauty and adventure Edinburgh has to offer. Edinburgh plays host to the world’s largest cultural festivals annually during the month of August, but there is something for everyone all year round. We invite you to come and taste the great welcome on offer, whether it’s a relaxing Sunday stroll round Arthur seat or an active hike to the summit, from Michelin-star dining to exploring the underground city you won’t be disappointed.
